Ordering Information

Whether you would like a head shot or a full body portrait of your pet, I can walk you through my process and help you with taking and choosing the right photos for me to work from. The first step is to email me on isobelbuckley@icloud.com or use the contact form to express your interest and tell me a little bit about what animal or animals you would like drawing and I will send you an information pack with more details and to talk you through my process.

I will also send you a guideline to help you take photographs of your pet or pets to enable me to produce the best picture possible for you. Ideally I like to receive a good selection of photos that you like so that I can help you choose, using my experience, which I believe would make the best picture for you. At this point we can then discuss the size, format and background. I am happy to talk you through this part of the process and give you my professional opinions as to what I envisage will work the best. I often get people contact me who have very sadly lost a pet and therefore are unable to take more photographs. If this is the case, then I would be happy to take a look at what photographs you have and I will be honest as to whether I think I can produce a portrait for you with what you have.

Once these decisions are made and you are happy with them, I can give you an idea of when to expect the portrait to be completed and ready for delivery. Please be aware that I can often have a waiting list. If you need it for a specific day please let me know to begin with, so I can tell you if this will be possible or not. It is at this time I will have you sign our agreement and take a 25% non-refundable deposit*.

Throughout the process, I will keep you up to date with progress and I will email a photograph of the finished artwork for your approval before you pay the final balance and then delivery.

**Deposits are non refundable except in the unfortunate case where I have to cancel your portrait, whereby I will refund your deposit in full.
