All copyright of the artwork is retained by the artist and may be added to the gallery pages of the website, and other websites and social media pages, used for promotional materials and prints unless stated upon ordering.

Payment

A 25% deposit* is required to secure your place on my waiting list and for me to start the portrait. Once you have received a photograph of your completed artwork and you are happy with it, the final payment is payable before your artwork is sent to you. Payment is required via Paypal or cheque, which must be cleared before your work is sent

**Deposits are non refundable except in the unfortunate case where I have to cancel your portrait, whereby I will refund your deposit in full.

Cancellation

The deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
Commissions can be cancelled at any point until I notify you it is finished and no further payment is due in this case. Upon notification that the commission is finished, you may not exercise a right to cancel.
